Blue Trout
Genetic Variant
A stunning, hard-fighting addition to any water. Bred for the same strength and condition as our Rainbows, offering anglers a unique visual target.
Sizes: 2lb to 8lb
Availability: Year-round (Subject to stock)
Best For: Visual variety and sport.
Brown Trout
Salmo trutta
Classic Scottish genetics. These fish are fully acclimatized to local water conditions, making them exceptionally hardy for restocking rivers or natural venues.
Sizes: 1lb to 5lb
Availability: Seasonal
Best For: Catch & release waters, river restocking.
Tiger Trout
S. trutta × S. fontinalis
The sterile hybrid of a Brown and Brook Trout. Aggressive feeders with striking markings. A premium “trophy” fish for discerning anglers.

We dedicate specific raceways to growing on specimen fish. These are hand-fed and monitored to ensure they maintain condition as they pack on weight. We do not sell “retired broodstock” as prime specimens; our big fish are grown for the purpose.
